Terms of Service

Wandex is a product of Ximplex, operated from Costa Rica. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Ximplex. "You" means the person using Wandex. You can reach us anytime at support@ximplex.app.

Wandex turns your screen into a window on the world. It plays walks, drives, flights and train rides through cities and landscapes, one after another, using videos published on YouTube by their creators. You choose how to travel and what it's for (exercise, background, sleep and more), and the TV keeps going.

• Wandex uses YouTube API Services and plays every video in YouTube's official embedded player. By using Wandex, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
• The videos belong to their creators and to YouTube, not to us. We show who made each video, with a link to it on YouTube.
• Wandex shows no ads of its own. YouTube may show its own ads on some videos; we don't control them and we never hide or block them.
• Creators can remove or change their videos at any time, so the list of available videos may change.

• You sign in with your Ximplex account (Google, GitHub or a sign-in link sent to your email). You're responsible for keeping that account secure.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

Don't use Wandex for anything illegal, or to try to break, overload, copy or get around the limits of the service. If we see misuse, we may suspend the account. We'll try to contact you first whenever possible.

• Free plan: you choose the place, how to travel and what it's for, by hand.
• Pro: Wandex builds your channel for you from what you like, and adds extra features such as our own sounds. $12 per month or $120 per year, with your first month free. Prices are in USD and taxes may apply.
• What you pay for is Wandex's own features. Watching the videos is always free, on every plan.
• Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
• If you're not happy, contact us within 14 days of your first payment and we'll arrange a full refund. See our Refund Policy.
• If we ever change prices, we'll tell you in advance, and the change will apply from your next renewal.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

We aim to keep Wandex running day and night, but it's provided "as is", and there may be occasional downtime, videos that stop working, or errors. We may improve, change or remove features over time. If we ever shut Wandex down, we'll give you advance notice.

To the extent allowed by law, we're not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost profits or lost opportunities. Our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You can stop using Wandex anytime. To delete your account and data, email us and we'll do it within 30 days. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. If the changes are important, we'll let you know by email or in the app before they take effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of Costa Rica.
